Our Custom Home Staging Makes Every Home A Luxury Property

Step 1:Consult

One of our designers will meet with you at your home/property to discuss challenges and opportunities within the home. We will evaluate your staging needs, assess your target market, discuss the available staging timeline, and take before photos along with measurements of each space.

Step 2: Proposal

Our design team will create and send you our recommendations, available staging dates and several staging options to best fit your staging needs. We will finalize your custom design and begin selecting furniture along with decor that will best showcase each space.

Step 3:instalL day

On Staging Day, our designers and our moving crew will stage your property usually within one day. We will unpack, set-up decor, hang wall art and place furniture to make each space look picture perfect and just like a model home.

Step 4:Destage Day

When you receive and accept an offer, we recommend keeping home staged until all inspections and appraisals are complete. We request a 7 business day notice to schedule a date for our design and moving crew to de-stage your property within a matter of hours.
